HOLIDAY CLOSURES 

There will be no practices on the following dates:

• Thanksgiving Day:  October 13
• Christmas: Dec 24,25
• New Year: Dec 30-31, Jan 1-3
• Family Day: Feb 16
• Easter Monday: April 6
• No Training: April 25

No refund provided for holiday cancellations

TRAINING FEES

• Fees are payable by e-transfer or cheque on the first day of each month.
• Late Payments: A $10 fee will be applied for each week past the due date.
• No refund provided for missed classes
• Make-up classes are not provided for missed classes due to personal reasons, including illness, travel, or other absences. Our programs are structured, and each class space is reserved for registered athletes only.

DRESS CODE

• Black Ophrys shirt
• Black shorts or tights
• White socks and toe shoes
• Hair neatly tied back in a ponytail and braid

LOST AND FOUND

• Please do not leave personal items in the changing rooms.
• Ophrys RGC is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings
